Artist's Statement:

From 17 September 2011 to 15 June 2012, the Hermitage Amsterdam Museum presented an exhibition titled "Rubens, Van Dyck & Jordaens: Flemish Painters from the Hermitage" (aka "Rubens & Co.") featuring a selection of Flemish art from the St. Petersburg Hermitage, including works by Rubens, Van Dyck, Jordaens and Sweerts.
