TRANSLATION Law of Political Reinvention of the Wheel
Formulated by Juan Francisco Martínez

“Most political projects aimed at developing the Information Society try to take action by starting from scratch, without taking into account other experiences carried out outside the political environment that is promoting them.”

Every “digital city” is continually reinvented; every region creates its own version of Linux without contributing anything to previous versions. This law could also be called: “I am smarter than everyone else.”
